Welcome to JCA Sprouts, the early childhood dance division of Jacksonville Centre of the Arts (“JCA Sprouts,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, enrolling a child in our program, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment requests are received through our online sign-up form. Submitting a registration does not guarantee placement; your enrollment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our team. A registration fee may apply per dancer, and parents or legal guardians must provide accurate and current information for each child enrolled.
2. Tuition & Payments
Tuition is billed monthly through our auto-draft payment system unless otherwise arranged. Tuition covers instruction during the enrolled month and is non-refundable once classes have been held. Registration fees are non-refundable. If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to collect again; continued non-payment may result in a pause in your child’s enrollment.
3. Classes & Conduct
Classes are held at participating daycare centers, schools, and JCA studios during scheduled times. We reserve the right to adjust schedules, substitute instructors, or reschedule classes when necessary. We ask families and dancers to treat instructors, staff, and other students with kindness and respect.
4. Photo & Video Release
From time to time we photograph and record classes, rehearsals, and performances. By enrolling, you grant JCA Sprouts permission to use photos and videos that may include your child for recital keepsakes, our website, and our social media and promotional materials. If you prefer that your child not be photographed, please let us know in writing and we will honor your request.
5. Assumption of Risk
Dance is a physical activity. While our instructors take every reasonable precaution to keep classes safe and age-appropriate, participation carries some inherent risk of injury. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge this risk and agree that JCA Sprouts, Jacksonville Centre of the Arts, and their instructors and staff are not liable for injuries arising from ordinary participation in class activities, except where caused by negligence.
6. Communications
By signing up you agree to receive emails from us about your registration, schedules, performances, and program updates. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time by contacting us.
7. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to run our program — such as your name, contact information, and your child’s name and age — and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
